Freeflow

Terms of Use

Last updated: August 24, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Freeflow ("Freeflow," "we," "us"), a marketplace where independent creators list and sell digital assets for Roblox, Minecraft, and Hytale directly to buyers. By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Freeflow, or at least 13 with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

Buyer accounts and creator accounts are separate — a creator account is opened by applying and being approved (see Section 4). You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Freeflow is a marketplace, not the seller

Products listed on Freeflow are created, priced, and sold by independent creators ("Creators"), not by Freeflow itself. Freeflow provides the platform — listing pages, checkout, digital delivery, and payment processing — and takes a commission on each sale in exchange. Freeflow is not the developer, publisher, or seller of record for any Creator's listing, and a Creator's conduct is their own responsibility, not Freeflow's. This has been the case since Freeflow moved from a single, manually-run store to its current self-serve, multi-creator marketplace.

4. Purchases & licensing

Buying a listing grants you a license to use that asset under the terms shown on its product page, set by the Creator. You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying work — the Creator retains that unless their listing states otherwise. Delivery is digital and typically instant; some listings issue a license key, a subscription-based license, or another format at the Creator's discretion, all accessible from your dashboard after purchase.

5. Refunds

Report a problem with an order from Your Orders in your dashboard. We review every report individually. Refunds are typically granted when an asset doesn't match its listing, doesn't function as described, contains unauthorized or malicious code, or is withdrawn by its Creator shortly after your purchase. Buyer's remorse alone, after you've downloaded the asset, is not grounds for a refund.

6. Becoming a creator

Anyone may apply to sell on Freeflow from their dashboard. We review every application before a store goes live, and may decline or later suspend an application or store at our discretion — including for past policy violations. By applying, you represent that you own or hold the necessary rights to sell every asset you list, and that nothing you list infringes a third party's rights.

7. Creator responsibilities

Creators agree to list assets accurately, respond in good faith to buyer support requests routed through the platform, honor the license terms they themselves set, keep payout information current, and never include malicious, deceptive, or unauthorized code in a listing. New listings, and most edits to listings that are already live, are reviewed before they're visible to buyers.

8. Payments & payouts

Checkout is processed by Stripe — Freeflow does not receive or store your full card details. Creator payouts are sent via Stripe Connect once a Creator links their account. Freeflow's commission rate depends on a Creator's tier, which is based on their lifetime sales and improves automatically over time. A portion of recent sales may be held in a rolling reserve before payout, to cover refunds reported shortly after purchase.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the site or its listings
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from a purchased asset beyond what its license allows
  • Provide false information, impersonate another person or business, or commit fraud (including chargebacks made in bad faith after receiving what you paid for)
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse another user, whether buyer, Creator, or staff
  • Upload, sell, or distribute unlawful content, or content you don't have the rights to sell
  • Manipulate reviews, ratings, or search results

10. Intellectual property & DMCA

Creators warrant that they own or hold a valid license for everything they list. If you believe a listing infringes your copyright or other rights, email freeflowrbx@gmail.com with the listing URL and a description of your claim. We investigate valid notices and remove infringing listings, and repeat infringement leads to account termination.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, buyer or Creator, for violating these terms, for fraud or chargeback abuse, or at our discretion to protect the marketplace and its users, with or without prior notice.

You may also terminate your own account at any time, from Account Settings in your dashboard, confirmed with a 2FA code. Terminating a Creator account freezes your store and its listings rather than deleting them — hidden from browsing and search and no longer purchasable, but buyers who already bought from you keep their downloads and license keys — without affecting your general (buyer) account. Terminating your general account removes your personal details and also freezes a linked Creator store, if you have one. See our Privacy Policy for the full details of what is and isn't removed.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Freeflow is provided "as is," without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freeflow's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid to Freeflow in the six months before the claim arose. Freeflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute not resolved through our support process is subject to the jurisdiction described in your purchase receipt or as otherwise notified to you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do — continuing to use Freeflow after a change means you accept the revised terms.
